We have a wide range of copier paper & supplies available here including grade A, B & C paper as well as coloured copier paper. The paper quality grade has grade A as the highest.
The A-Grade copier paper is high quality, very smooth and has a bright white finish making it the perfect solution for using with your letterhead & sending important or prestigious documents that you want to be presented in a professional manner. This paper is best when used in combination with colour inkjet or colour laser printers & copiers.
B-Grade copier paper has a high level of smoothness and whiteness but not as bright or smooth as the A-Grade paper, the appearance is still high quality making them perfect for a way of presenting reports internally or for communications you need to send externally. Again best suited to run with colour inkjet or colour laser printers/copiers
The C-Grade copier paper you will find not be be smooth or white to the levels of the paper that precede it. This paper is mainly used for internal documents that are often passed round such as a memo or a report. This paper will run with laser printers producing a high volume of documents without ever jamming so the print job does not need to be monitored as can happen with inferior paper.

Our coloured copier paper is manufactured specifically to low moisture levels to ensure that it feeds into the printer correctly. The best way to store the coloured copier paper is to keep it away from radiators and direct sunlight, this can lead to the paper drying out and in turn upset the printing process. Also the paper will absorb moisture in the atmosphere if not stored correctly and this again can disrupt the printing. We advise that when the coloured copier paper is not in use that you store it its original wrapping.
