We have a wide range of copier paper & supplies available here including grade A, B & C paper as well as coloured copier paper. The paper quality grade has grade A as the highest.

The A-Grade copier paper is high quality, very smooth and has a bright white finish making it the perfect solution for using with your letterhead & sending important or prestigious documents that you want to be presented in a professional manner. This paper is best when used in combination with colour inkjet or colour laser printers & copiers.

B-Grade copier paper has a high level of smoothness and whiteness but not as bright or smooth as the A-Grade paper, the appearance is still high quality making them perfect for a way of presenting reports internally or for communications you need to send externally. Again best suited to run with colour inkjet or colour laser printers/copiers

The C-Grade copier paper you will find not be be smooth or white to the levels of the paper that precede it. This paper is mainly used for internal documents that are often passed round such as a memo or a report. This paper will run with laser printers producing a high volume of documents without ever jamming so the print job does not need to be monitored as can happen with inferior paper.

We have four sizes of paper available:

A1 colour copier paper that weights 120 gsm & measures 594mm by 841mm.

Our coloured copier paper is manufactured specifically to low moisture levels to ensure that it feeds into the printer correctly. The best way to store the coloured copier paper is to keep it away from radiators and direct sunlight, this can lead to the paper drying out and in turn upset the printing process. Also the paper will absorb moisture in the atmosphere if not stored correctly and this again can disrupt the printing. We advise that when the coloured copier paper is not in use that you store it its original wrapping.

If like most companies your image is important then even the letters you send can have an affect on how your company is perceived. That is why we stock high quality C4 & C5 brown & envelopes for our clients. They are very popular and come in the following sizes:

The C4 white & brown envelopes are 324 mm by 229 mm these envelopes are able to hold an A4 sheet of paper without having to fold it, making it ideal to send posters, flyer's or documents you don't want creasing.

The C5 white & brown envelopes measure in at 229 mm by 162 mm, these will hold and A5 sheet of paper unfolded or a folded sheet of A4.

We also stock the popular DL and C6 sizes of white & brown envelopes these are smaller and perfect for sending letters. Our range also contains many different brands that you can choose from on our online shop & these include:

The 5 star range of envelopes which come in white or manilla and weigh between 70 & 115 grammes per square metre. The manilla envelopes are recycled but the white envelopes are not. The white envelopes are available as peel & seal, gummed or press seal. These envelopes are suitable for a range of purposes including letterhead correspondence, general & prestigious mailing.

We also stock the New Guardian light, medium and heavyweight envelopes. These all come in manilla. Lightweight starts at 77 grams per square metre, middle starts at 80 grams per square metre and the heavy starts at 115. The lightweight envelopes are recycled but the middle and heavyweight are not. These envelopes are available as peal & seal, twin gummed & press seal. The heavyweight envelopes are commonly used for heavy important mailings such as sending items that are bulky and sending booklets. Medium weight are best used for mailing documents that contain anything up to 15 sheets & the lightweight option is best for basic mail solutions.

Also available in the envelopes section of our online shop are the plus fabric lightweight and Prestige envelopes. These are both only available in white, the lightweight at 80 gsm & the Prestige option starts at 110 gsm. The lightweight envelopes are made from recycled paper and are best suited for basic mailing solutions such as receipts or bills. The Prestige envelopes are not made from recycled paper and come with either peel & seal, gummed or press seal & are best used for letterhead correspondence.
